Australian fast bowler Joel Paris will not be able to play for Delhi Daredevils in this Indian Premier League 2016 due to a shin injury.
The 23-year old fast bowler was picked up by Delhi Daredevils for a base price of Rs. 30 lakhs and was eager to make his IPL debut this year.
According to reports, Paris’s home state of Western Australia confirmed the reports that he had been withdrawn after suffering a shin stress injury during a Sheffield Shield match in early March.
Paris, 23, is a left-arm swing bowler who made his ODI debut during the home series against India in January.
