Stephen Boock was a successful New Zealand spinner who played in the 1980s.
He was quite a character.
When he was picked to tour England, one of the selectors (Graham Dowling) had advised Boock that no wives would be allowed to go on tour.
Boock's calssic reply: ""Graham, she picked me in the team before you did- she'll be going".
