Trinbago Knight Riders (TKR) of the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) have added West Indies wicketkeeper Denesh Ramdin to their squad.
Ramdin is not going to be featured in the upcoming Test series against India and will be replacing Javon Searles in the TKR side.
Searles played for Trinbago in their match against Jamaica Tallawahs and also travelled to Guyana for the next match. However, he sustained an injury to his right shoulder and was advised not to play further in the tournament.
Ramdin was originally set to replace Fidel Edwards in St. Lucia Zouks’ first four games, but could not take up that assignment after picking up an injury in the final of the recent Tri-Series.
