A comprehensive win for Zaheer and his men. They beat KXIP by 51 runs.

Once Corey Anderson produced the big finish to take DD to 188, KXIP were always up against it.

It was a score which has never been chased down here, right through the history of IPL.

Punjab needed a good start with the bat. But Nadeem ensured that Punjab were always playing the catch up game.Morgan and Miller both got starts but could not convert it into anything substantial.

Axar Patel played a good little knock towards the end but it was always going to be in a losing cause.

Earlier, the innings from Corey Anderson took DD over the 180-run mark.

KXIP kept chipping away with the wickets and kept the run flow in check but Anderson's 22-ball 39 gave  KXIP a stiff target to chase which eventually they fell short by 51 runs.
