The much awaited news for all cricket fans in India is finally out.

The suspense over who will be India's next coach is finally over.

It will be Anil Kumble who will take charge as the head coach of team India.

Jumbo's first assignment will be during India's tour to the West Indies.

Details regarding the batting, bowling and fielding coaches are yet to be finalised and will be decided in due course of time.

It has been said that the the Cricket Advisory Committee(CAC) were impressed by the Presentation shown in by Anil Kumble.

Anil Kumble will remain the coach initially for a period of one year after which his position will be reviewed again.

Ravi Shastri was the other name which was doing the rounds to take over as the coach, however it has been Jumbo who has won the race to be team India's next coach.
