Willey has the new ball.

England are in a huddle. They conceded as many as 229 against South Africa, but this isn't a Wankhede run feast by all accounts. Dilshan and Chandimal walk out to the middle..

Welcome back.. Big chase coming up not just for Sri Lanka but also for South Africa. Can Sri Lanka do themselves and the Proteas a favour? Or will England kill this group today?

England were off to a bad start as they lost Hales in the second over for a 4-ball duck. But Roy and Root steadied the ship as the pair stitched a 61-run stand for the second wicket before Root mistimed a pull to deep mid-wicket off Vandersay. Roy soon followed as he was trapped in front by the leggie. However, Jos Buttler and skipper Morgan took centrestage. Buttler continued to make merry as he hammered the Sri Lankan bowling all over the park, bringing his fifty off just 28 balls. Captain Morgan promoted himself ahead of Stokes. He along with Buttler piled up 72 runs in the last 5 overs to lift England to 171. For Sri Lanka, Herath and Vandersay were impressive. Chameera troubled the batsmen with his pace but leaked runs in his final over. Will Sri Lanka gun down this target and stay in contention for the semis? Or will the England bowlers fire in unison to pull off a victory? Do join us back for part two of the match.

England look pumped with the score they've got. "We played well through the middle overs and got a couple of good partnerships. The pitch is slightly challenging, some balls are gripping and some are skidding on. Should be a good score for us to defend. We have to go with a clear mindset and back our skills to defend the total," says an evidently delighted Roy. Massive finish for England, with 72 coming off the final 5 overs.

Stokes 6(1) Buttler 66(37) T Perera 2-0-27-0

19.6 - T Perera to Stokes, SIX, Stokes comes out, faces one ball, and whacks it for six. England have powered on to 171. Low full toss outside off, Stokes leans across and heaves it away wide of deep mid-wicket. He thinks he has a chance, runs across, sticks out a hand thinking he'll pull off a stunning catch. Huh, pipedreams!

19.5 - T Perera to Buttler, 1 run, another superb delivery. Fast and a near yorker outside off, Buttler comes down hard looking to smack it downtown but can only chop it off the inside edge onto pad

19.4 - T Perera to Buttler, no run, wide yorker perfectly executed, Buttler fails to connect

19.3 - T Perera to Buttler, 2 runs, Sri Lanka, Sri Lanka. Come on! They look beaten in the field. Low full toss slogged to deep mid-wicket where Dilshan fumbles allowing Buttler to get back

Ben Stokes, left handed bat, comes to the crease

19.2 - T Perera to Buttler, out Eoin Morgan Run Out!! Slaps a full toss straight back at Perera, who manages to stop it off the boot. Morgan is well down the pitch looking for a single. Buttler isn't interested. And Perera fires down the stumps as the ball had not gone too far from him. Eoin Morgan run out (T Perera) 22(16) [4s-1 6s-1]

T Perera to Buttler, THAT'S OUT!! Run Out!!

19.1 - T Perera to Eoin Morgan, leg byes, 1 run, smashing yorker on leg, hits Morgan on the boot as he is late to get his bat down. Might have hit him outside leg. They rush a leg-bye

Thisara Perera [1.0-0-18-0] is back into the attack

Over: 19 Wd 4 6 1 1 1 1 ENG 161/3
Eoin Morgan 22(15) Buttler 63(33) Chameera 4-0-36-0

18.6 - Chameera to Eoin Morgan, 1 run, slower length ball on leg, Morgan spoons it off the toe-end towards long-on. He was very early on the slog. Buttler wanted two but Morgan sends him back

18.5 - Chameera to Buttler, 1 run, this is an assault. Not only mental, but physical too now. To the list of things Chameera needs (check 2 balls before), he needs a lawyer too. Shuffles well outside off, knows the line is going to be wide, gets in the vicinity of a full ball and absolutely murders it straight back at Chameera. Thankfully, he gets his hands in front of him as a reflex and takes a blow on the fingers. Could have been much worse

18.4 - Chameera to Eoin Morgan, 1 run, ah, sharp. Pacy short ball which catches Morgan by surprise, and rushes him on the pull. All he can do is flap it off the splice. Hangs up in the air long enough but there's no one in the ring

There's no one deep on the off-side. Except a long-off maybe

18.3 - Chameera to Buttler, 1 run, fires this full and well wide of off, and that's the luck he needs. Had Buttler left it alone, it would have been a wide. But he stretches out and squirts it off the bottom of the bat to deep cover

18.2 - Chameera to Buttler, SIX, slower leg-cutter, well wide of off, and it's been clubbed over long-on. This is just ridiculous. Look at the rubble of Lankan bowlers lying there. Chameera needs support. Chameera needs belief. Heck, Chameera just needs a shoulder to cry on

18.1 - Chameera to Buttler, FOUR, goes seam-up this time and he's been skinned through the point region. Absolutely skinned. Buttler cuts it muscularly

18.1 - Chameera to Buttler, wide, resorts to another leg-cutter, misdirects it very wide of off and Buttler can't reach it with a cut

47 runs have been plundered off the last three overs. England are finishing with a flourish

Over: 18 2 4 2 6 1 0 ENG 146/3
Eoin Morgan 20(13) Buttler 51(29) Dasun Shanaka 1-0-15-0

17.6 - Dasun Shanaka to Eoin Morgan, no run, slower ball. Painfully slow. Morgan has to create all the pace himself. Aims for a cut, and can only chop it off a thick under edge towards the keeper

17.5 - Dasun Shanaka to Buttler, 1 run, lots of variations from the Lankans. And some of them are working well. Leg-cutter on a back of a length outside off, Buttler gets a thick outside edge on his drive towards backward point

17.4 - Dasun Shanaka to Buttler, SIX, winds up big time, and swings brutally to send a full ball soaring over long-off. Fifty for Buttler. And he's not done

17.3 - Dasun Shanaka to Buttler, 2 runs, 50 of the partnership comes up in 31 balls, as Buttler swats a slower ball off the inside half in front of long-on and hares back

17.2 - Dasun Shanaka to Buttler, FOUR, Buttler is snorting fire. Receives a full toss wide of off and incinerates it wide of long-off. Take shelter in the crowd

17.1 - Dasun Shanaka to Buttler, 2 runs, slower short ball, sticks in the pitch slightly before being swatted wide of mid-wicket

Dasun Shanaka, right-arm medium, comes into the attack

Over: 17 0 0 4 4 0 4Nb 1 ENG 131/3
Buttler 36(24) Eoin Morgan 20(12) Chameera 3-0-21-0

16.6 - Chameera to Buttler, 1 run, here's the free-hit. And he's done well to keep his cool. Disguises the slower leg-cutter well on a length and Buttler mistimes the pull in front of long-on

16.6 - Chameera to Buttler, no ball, FOUR, Buttler is into his zone. And it's a no-ball. Dear me. Low full toss just outside off, Buttler slices it behind square splitting point and third man. Blimey, on replays it's clear that Chameera's heel is well behind the crease. Shocker from Tucker

16.5 - Chameera to Buttler, no run, slower short ball wide of off, Buttler misses with a cut. Done in by the lack of pace

16.4 - Chameera to Buttler, FOUR, oh that's just raw force. Chameera has done him with a slower ball, but Buttler still goes through with a loft down the ground. Plays it well in front of the body and chips it dead straight. Sheer determination, nothing else

16.3 - Chameera to Buttler, FOUR, overcooks a yorker, and Buttler has absolutely smoked it past extra-cover. Lots of bottom hand. Lots of wrists. And lots of power

16.2 - Chameera to Buttler, no run, excellent stuff. Slower short ball wide of off, and Buttler is on his way to leg. Barely manages to reach out and chop a flat-batted swat down the pitch

16.1 - Chameera to Buttler, no run, low slingy full toss just outside off and Buttler has slapped it straight to extra-cover. Morgan is well down the pitch interested in a single which Buttler hasn't even contemplated. Sent back, a dive, but a direct-hit would have had him short

Dushmantha Chameera [2.0-0-7-0] is back into the attack

Chameera. Will he go slower balls, or fast yorkers?

Over: 16 Wd 2 4 6 Wd 2 1 1 ENG 117/3
Buttler 23(17) Eoin Morgan 20(12) T Perera 1-0-18-0

15.6 - T Perera to Buttler, 1 run, shortish leg-cutter on off, and Buttler is content with a tuck through mid-wicket

15.5 - T Perera to Eoin Morgan, 1 run, stays put in the crease now lining up a humongous slog. Perera's done him again with an off-cutter which takes its jolly good time to arrive. Morgan's through with his swing, and hits it off the toe-end to long-on

15.4 - T Perera to Eoin Morgan, 2 runs, takes a couple of steps out to a slower off-cutter, he's slightly deceived with the lack of pace and early into the whip, mistimes it wide of deep mid-wicket

15.4 - T Perera to Eoin Morgan, wide, he's all over the shop here, like a misfiring garden hosepipe. The last one was wide of off, this one's down leg, and Morgan misses out with a whip

15.3 - T Perera to Eoin Morgan, SIX, oh my! Morgan is starting to come down hard now. And Perera is only halfway through his over. Aims for a wide yorker, misses it by about six inches and that's enough for Morgan to size it up and wallop it over long-off

15.2 - T Perera to Eoin Morgan, FOUR, here's the walk towards off again and Perera feeds him with just the ball he wants. Off-cutter down leg and Morgan whips it behind square. No one there

15.1 - T Perera to Eoin Morgan, 2 runs, leans into an overpitched delivery outside off, and creams a drive through extra-cover. Cut off by an agile sweeper cover

15.1 - T Perera to Eoin Morgan, wide, Perera is put off by Morgan walking across the stumps. He is spooked into firing it down leg, must have been aiming for the exposed leg-stump, but misses. Misses by quite a bit

Eoin Morgan 5(7) Buttler 22(16) Herath 4-1-27-1

14.6 - Herath to Eoin Morgan, 1 run, slower through the air this time, no width on offer once more and is clipped to long-on. Wonder how long before he brings the reverse sweep out to Herath. Oh, my bad. Herath has sneaked through all his overs. 4-1-27-1

14.5 - Herath to Buttler, 1 run, sliding onto the pads, clipped through square leg

14.4 - Herath to Eoin Morgan, 1 run, darts a full toss down leg, and Morgan can only so much so as flick it to deep backward square

14.3 - Herath to Buttler, 1 run, tries to ensure that he doesn't get beaten on the inside of the bat. Clears his front leg, almost exposes all three stumps and bunts it through cover. Any turn though, will leave him vulnerable

14.2 - Herath to Eoin Morgan, 1 run, cramps him for room with a leg-sidish line from round the wicket, awkwardly tucked through mid-wicket

14.1 - Herath to Buttler, 1 run, Chandi likes it. Shouts "bowled Rangaiyyaaaa" after seeing a ball drift in sharply to Buttler as he whips it to long-on

Rangana Herath [3.0-1-21-1] is back into the attack

Over: 14 1 1 1 0 1 1 ENG 93/3
Buttler 19(13) Eoin Morgan 2(4) Mathews 4-0-25-0

13.6 - Mathews to Buttler, 1 run, reaches out to a wide yorker and slices it through the point region

13.5 - Mathews to Eoin Morgan, 1 run, hurries on from a short of length, and Morgan can't time the pull very well. Swats it to mid-wicket

13.4 - Mathews to Eoin Morgan, no run, Morgan is on the move, and is then surprised by the pace of a back of a length delivery. Absolutely break through his bat and pad gap. Actually the bat came down too late. Must have expected another slower ball but Mathews is canny with using those

13.3 - Mathews to Buttler, 1 run, slower bouncer which climbs awkwardly on Buttler as he commits to the pull, flaps it through square leg

13.2 - Mathews to Eoin Morgan, 1 run, off-cutter nipping away outside off, dabbed to third man

13.1 - Mathews to Buttler, 1 run, length ball outside off, driven to sweeper cover

Sri Lanka have broken through both set batsmen. This pitch looks a good one, much better than most other wickets we have seen in this tournament. England can't fall into the trap of aiming for less. Meanwhile, replays show that Roy threw his bat on the sidelines for failing to do its job - of connecting.

12.6 - Jeffrey Vandersay to Eoin Morgan, no run, picks a googly, plants his foot across and pats it with the turn to extra-cover

Eoin Morgan, left handed bat, comes to the crease

12.5 - Jeffrey Vandersay to Jason Roy, out Lbw!! That's dead. Absolutely dead. Vandersay slips in the flipper on off, and skids under Roy's attempted pull to hit the back leg. Roy might as well have walked. Would have crashed off-stump three fourths on the way up. Valar Morghulis (All men must die). Jason Roy lbw b Jeffrey Vandersay 42(39) [4s-3 6s-2]

Jeffrey Vandersay to Jason Roy, THAT'S OUT!! Lbw!!

12.4 - Jeffrey Vandersay to Buttler, 1 run, skidding on rapidly from a length. The trajectory is flat making Buttler think it's short too. It's not. The width isn't there either to cut. Chops it into the off-side

12.3 - Jeffrey Vandersay to Jason Roy, 1 run, races out of the crease and drags a loft of the inside half to long-on. Roy wanted it to turn, but there was more skid than turn

12.2 - Jeffrey Vandersay to Buttler, 1 run, hops back but can't manufacture the width, chops it towards cover

12.1 - Jeffrey Vandersay to Buttler, FOUR, Buttler aims mid-wicket with a slog, and gets a boundary in a diagonally opposite direction down at third man. He came dancing out but the leg-break dipped on him and took the outside edge. Flies away through the vacant slip cordon

11.6 - Mathews to Buttler, 1 run, rises on his toes to tuck a short of length delivery wide of mid-wicket for a quick single

11.5 - Mathews to Buttler, no run, stays flat-footed to a back of a length delivery and blocks

11.4 - Mathews to Buttler, FOUR, how's he got that to the fence? Walks well across to play the lap, but Mathews has taken all the pace off the ball. Buttler goes through with it anyway and paddles it fine. Fine enough to beat a diving fine leg

11.3 - Mathews to Jason Roy, 1 run, dabs a shortish ball in front of backward point

11.2 - Mathews to Buttler, 1 run, thwacks a pull to deep square leg. Mathews's pace won't trouble him

11.1 - Mathews to Jason Roy, leg byes, 1 run, shapes for a reverse slap. But he's hurried by a length ball and hit on the flap of the pad. Then gets occupied by a raucous appeal when the impact is clearly outside off. Meanwhile, Buttler is charging. Roy puts the wheels on in an effort to make it to the other end and gets in between the throw and the stumps. Didn't change direction though

10.5 - Jeffrey Vandersay to Buttler, no run, leans across to drive with the turn, finds extra-cover

10.4 - Jeffrey Vandersay to Jason Roy, 1 run, nudged down to long-on

10.3 - Jeffrey Vandersay to Jason Roy, 2 runs, that's comical from Lanka. They have been comical in the field all tournament. Clipped through the mid-wicket region, three fielders converge and everyone leaves it for the other. Grants an extra run to Roy

10.2 - Jeffrey Vandersay to Buttler, leg byes, 1 run, quicker wrong 'un, and spins in sharply to miss Buttler's bat by a foot, deflects off the pad to leg. Easily going down leg

Jos Buttler, right handed bat, comes to the crease

10.1 - Jeffrey Vandersay to Root, out Caught by Thirimanne!! Ha, this leggie is good they say. They must be right, for he picks up wickets with long-hops. Root is loathing himself as he walks off. He saw the opportunity, jumped on the back foot and swatted the pull straight to deep mid-wicket. A dangerous 61-run partnership has been extinguished. 9.5 - Chameera to Root, 1 run, he's mixing it up every other ball. A bit too much for my liking. Shortish leg-cutter outside off, punched to deep cover

9.4 - Chameera to Root, no run, working up some real pace, 145ks, short of length and sneaks under Root's pull. Picked the wrong length, also had to fetch it from outside off. But it's that extra 10ks which makes the difference

9.3 - Chameera to Root, no run, another leg-cutter, this time on a short of length outside off, punched to mid-off

9.2 - Chameera to Root, FOUR, he's just about forced it over mid-off. Came striding down the pitch, got deceived by Chameera's leg-cutter but went through with the loft anyway. Spoons it over mid-off, who runs back but can't get there

9.1 - Chameera to Root, no run, hurries Root on the back foot. This lad has some fire about him. Skids on furiously from a back of a length, and thuds into the knee-roll. Slinging down leg though

7.3 - Chameera to Jason Roy, byes, 1 run, another leg-cutter outside off, Roy tries to chase it and angle it to third man, beaten by the cut. And Chandimal has had a harsh bounce just 3-4 feet in front of him. Can't gather cleanly

7.2 - Chameera to Jason Roy, no run, Chandimal is convinced, he's thrown the ball in the air. Oh, he's just pulling off a Chandi. Nothing there. Zips off a length and fizzes past Roy's inside edge while cutting him in half. Umpire is not to be swayed

7.1 - Chameera to Jason Roy, no run, oh man, watch out here. Keep an eye on Roy. He's looking to take flight at the Kotla. Runs at Chameera, who is shrewd with a brilliant leg-cutter, gets it to grip off the deck and beat the swinging willow

1.1 - Herath to Hales, no run, my word, is Herath allowed to bowl with a 100 over old ball? Because that one absolutely ripped. What a jaffa! Loops it up and drifts it on leg, and then grips to open Hales up. Spins past the outside edge, clips the back pad and pootles over the bails to the keeper. Huge appeal, not given. Too high

Rangana Herath, left-arm orthodox, comes into the attack

Steady start from Mathews. You'll always get this with Lanka. They'll make the opposition force the play..

0.6 - Mathews to Jason Roy, no run, 5 balls played with genuine respect and Roy's had enough. Charges down looking to slog, isn't dissuaded despite Mathews pulling the length back and swings off his feet. Misses

0.5 - Mathews to Jason Roy, no run, stays rooted to the crease and solidly blocks a short of length delivery to leg

0.4 - Mathews to Jason Roy, 2 runs, waits on the back foot to the shortish ball outside off, and then cuts it late behind a diving backward point. Rushes back for two before the throw comes in from third man

0.3 - Mathews to Jason Roy, no run, dips back sharply on a fuller length, and the movement causes the ball to evade Roy's flick and hits the pad. No appeal at all as it is comfortably drifting down

0.2 - Mathews to Jason Roy, no run, punched firmly back down the pitch, played it on the up and Mathews makes a half stop

0.1 - Mathews to Jason Roy, 2 runs, wobbles it on a good length and nips back in slightly, Roy's bat face closes as he tries to work it through the on-side and it wanders away in front of deep mid-wicket and to his left, easy couple

Jason Roy and Hales are at the crease. Jason Roy is on strike. Mathews will open the attack

It's games like these, moments like these for which we - cricket tragics - live. Yes, not good for our health, but then .. who cares. What if you have 3-4 mini heart-attacks, eh? England were given a real scare with Mathews playing out of his skin. But they held their nerve with some brilliant execution at the death from the likes of Jordan and Stokes. And what about that catch from Root! It could have been a boundary, and Sri Lanka could have roared to victory. But no. Anyway, the crux of the matter is that England are through to the semis. And Sri Lanka take South Africa with them to the deepest pits of despair, and have been OUSTED. It renders their match on Monday insignificant. That's all we have for today. Time to skip out of office. This is Sagar Chawla bidding goodbye on behalf of our scorer Krishna and my co-commentator Pradeep. Here's to many more of these thrillers. Ciao!

Mathews: "It was a brilliant effort in the first six overs from us but we lost our plot in the final overs. It was a good wicket to bat on. Hasn't been a good tournament for us. Day by day we were getting better though. We have a new squad. Good learning experience for the youngsters. Our senior guys needed to step it up which we didn't most of the time."

Morgan: "Yeah little tighter than we had hoped after the first six overs where we were fantastic to put Lanka under pressure with 3-4 wickets. I thought it would be difficult for our seamers with the new ball skidding on. But they thrived on conditions tonight. We'll take a lot of confidence from tonight. We spoke about doing whatever we can to get ourselves out of the group stages and into the semi-final. Anything can happen in a semi-final or a final. To replicate 2010 would be special. What we did so well back then was to adapt nicely. If we can continue doing what we have done so far will hold us in good stead. Let's not get too ahead of ourselves though."

Michael Slater has the captains with him.

The duo batted sensibly and kept the scorecard ticking with occasional boundaries. Kapugedera departed trying to up the ante. But Mathews kept Sri Lanka in the hunt along with the big hitting Perera by carting Moeen Ali for 3 sixes in the 15th over. Perera soon fell to Jordan. Shanaka played a little cameo. Jordan bowled an excellent 19th over conceding just 7 runs and snaring two wickets. With 15 required off the last over, Stokes held his nerve as he executed his yorkers to perfection and helped England romp home by 10 runs.

Phew! What a topsy-turvy encounter. So close, yet so far for Sri Lanka! Coming into this game, the equation was pretty direct for England. They needed a win to assure their place in the last four and they managed to pull it off in the end. Now, they become the second team after the men from Caribbean Islands from group 2 to qualify, knocking out both Sri Lanka and South Africa. England started off exactly in the same manner as they finished their first innings - with a bang - picking up a flurry of wickets at the top and shutting down the doors early for Sri Lanka. But Angelo Mathews and Chamara Kapugedara had other ideas as they resurrected the innings when Sri Lanka were reeling at 15/4.

"With Angelo chasing it down, it turned out to be a fantastic game and great for us to turn out on the right side. Stoksey hit that last ball for six and bowled a brilliant final over. We hoped for a more comfortable win with them 4-down for not very many. Angelo played a great knock but we got there. As one of the more experienced guys, you have to stand up and play well. Batting first was more of a challenge for us, but we set up a good score which we were confident of defending. We are delighted to go through. A young bunch of guys, going through to the semis of a WC is exciting," says Jos Buttler who is Man of the Match.

England breathe in relief. England breathe in glory. England breathe. They must have been scared out of their life with Mathews and Perera going the way they were. Like a man midway in the atmosphere, and his parachute not opening. And then, after much hustling and scrambling, it opened.

19.6 - Stokes to Mathews, no run, Stokes's hands go up and he bellows, roars, and exults in jubilation. Caps off a magnificent final over in style and watches Mathews limply squeeze a yorker towards long-on. England are through to the semis. But take nothing away from Mathews. What a knock!

19.5 - Stokes to Mathews, no run, they get neither. Stokes has won it for England. Unless he does something stupid. Superb change of pace and makes Mathews commit to the slog early. Mistimes it to deep mid-wicket and denies the single

19.4 - Stokes to Mathews, no run, goodness gracious! Stokes has planted it into the blockhole and has surely vanquished the Lankan hopes. Two sixes required now off two balls. Or maybe a six and a four for a Super Over

19.3 - Stokes to Mathews, 2 runs, tries a scoop, and so nearly pulls it off. It's a full toss and he hasn't connected very well. Rashid pedals back at short fine leg, stands to his full height and just about gets fingers to take the pace off. Deep backward square cuts off the boundary

19.2 - Stokes to Mathews, 2 runs, oh geez, outstanding yorker on middle, and Mathews squeezes it into the on-side. The throw is towards Mathews's end and it's a wild one. Mathews would have been short had it been on target

19.1 - Stokes to Mathews, no run, a full toss. A full toss. Hit that. Mathews swings and slices it to extra-cover. They won't run. Mathews knows it's him. He's the one to do it

18.5 - Jordan to Mathews, 1 run, this is good execution of plans. They have a deep cover in place and the line from Jordan is wide of off. Mathews barely reaches out and squeezes a drive off the bottom of the bat straight to the man in the deep

2.6 - Willey to Mathews, out Thirimanne Run Out!! It's going from bad to worse for Sri Lanka. On a good length and just outside off, Mathews dabbed it in front of cover, took a couple of steps down the track, Thirimanne responded and was almost half-way down the track before being sent back. Stokes swooped on the ball, took a couple of steps forward before under-arming a direct hit at the bowler's end. Thirimanne put in the dive, but he was well short. Thirimanne run out (Stokes) 3(5)

Willey to Mathews, THAT'S OUT!! Run Out!!

Angelo Mathews, right handed bat, comes to the crease

Disaster for Sri Lanka. I think Thirimanne is run-out. He's OUT

2.5 - Willey to Siriwardana, out Caught by Eoin Morgan!! Six and OUT! It's all going downhill for Sri Lanka and South Africa. This was a good length delivery outside off, Siriwardana made room, shimmied down the track and was looking to go over extra cover. He didn't get the required height, Morgan was at the edge of the ring, times his jump well and holds a good catch - over his head. Sri Lanka are sinking in Delhi. 1.2 - Jordan to Chandimal, out Caught by Buttler!! Catching practice for Buttler! A nothing shot from Chandimal, the heads are down in the Sri Lankan camp. What was Chandimal trying to do here? There was a slip in place, third man was there as well, for all the worth of it, this would have fetched him only a single. This was a back of a length delivery outside off that held its line, Chandimal shuffled across, opens the face of the bat at the last moment and literally guided it to Buttler's right. He moves across and snaffles with glee. Chandimal c Buttler b Jordan 1(3)

Full and a hint of nip back into the right-hander, Dilshan swung through the line, didn't bother to keep the ball down, straight down to Hales at deep backward square leg.
