Bangladesh opening batsman Imrul Kayes has been ruled out of the one-off Test against India due to a thigh injury.
He injured his thigh while fielding during Bangladesh’s tour match against India A.
According to BCB media manager Rabeed Imam, it is a recurrence of the same injury that ruled Imrul out of the second Test against New Zealand in Christchurch last month.
Middle-order batsman Mosaddek Hossain has been named as a replacement for Kayes.
The one-off Test begins on February 9th, 2017.
