Topley to Riaz, FOUR, that's the boundary he was looking for. Overpitching outside off, Riaz goes for the lofted drive, gets it over the man at mid-off and it bounces once before going over the rope
18.5 -
Jordan to Riaz, FOUR, edged and four! Full toss from Jordan, Riaz clears his front leg and swings hard, gets an outside edge that trickles away to the right of the keeper, who fails to get there with a dive, hits the fence in no time
18.4 -
Jordan to Riaz, FOUR, slashed away! Riaz backs away a little to this short of length delivery outside off, he manages to slice it over backward point and it runs away to the fence
16.1 -
Plunkett to Riaz, FOUR, angling in on the pads, Riaz gently tickles it fine off his hips, runs away to the fine leg fence in a jiffy
15.2 -
Jordan to Tanvir, FOUR, another boundary for Tanvir. The bowlers are doing a better job of striking the ball than the regular batsmen. He clears his front leg and heaves this length delivery to the cow corner fence. Hit it with some power there as it races away
15.1 -
Jordan to Tanvir, FOUR, in the air and into the fence! Pitched up on the stumps, Tanvir lifts it straight back over the bowler's head, Ali from long-on runs to his right, dives full length to his left but can't get a hand on it
10.2 -
Moeen Ali to U Akmal, FOUR, nicely done by Akmal. Uses the pace on the ball, waits inside the crease for the ball to arrive and cuts it extremely late, gets it past a diving short third man and collects four
6.3 -
Moeen Ali to Rizwan, FOUR, quicker outside off, Rizwan comes forward, meets the pitch of the delivery and creams the drive through cover
5.3 -
Plunkett to Maqsood, FOUR, pulls the length back and delivers it at hip height. Maqsood rocks back and pulls to the left of square leg, Topley dives in the deep, gets a hand but the ball wins the race
3.0 -
Jordan to Hafeez, FOUR, that extra ball has cost 4 runs and Jordan won't be pleased with that! Sprays this full on the pads, all Hafeez needed to do was get bat on ball - which he did with a picture-perfect flick to the fine leg fence
0.3 -
Jordan to Rafatullah Mohmand, FOUR, another waft outside off and this time gets a thick outside edge over the first slip. Gets off the mark in international career with a boundary down to third man
17.3 -
Topley to Tanvir, SIX, what a shot from Tanvir! Full and on the stumps, Tanvir hoicks it over the deep mid-wicket fence. Used his bottom hand to generate a lot of power there
14.0 -
Parry to Anwar Ali, SIX, that's another big strike from Ali. This one is even better from the previous one. Gives the charge yet again, doesn't get too close to the pitch of the ball and whacks it over the long-on fence for another six. Parry's good bowling figures have taken a beating, thanks to this over. He conceded 16 runs off his final 5 balls
13.3 -
Parry to Anwar Ali, SIX, gives more air on this one, Ali gives the charge and lofts it handsomely over the long-on fence. Right off the screws, good hit that
11.1 -
Parry to U Akmal, SIX, slower through the air and slightly short, that's all Akmal needs to deposit it over the fence. Rocks back and muscles the pull way over the deep mid-wicket fence, nearly carried 100 metres
9.0 -
Moeen Ali to Maqsood, SIX, that's a mighty hit! Again it's the use of the feet which helps Maqsood launch this flighted delivery into the mid-wicket stands, all power and timing on that one
20.0 -
Topley to Imran Khan, out Caught by S Billings!! England win by 14 runs! They go 1-0 up in the 3-match series. Imran Khan gets out off the very last ball of the match. Swings hard at a fullish delivery outside off, can only manage an outside edge and Billings will take those all day long. Imran Khan c S Billings b Topley 0(1)

Topley to Riaz, out Caught by Moeen Ali!! Riaz's handy little cameo comes to an end but unfortunately, Pakistan still require 16 from 3 balls. This was a fuller length ball on the stumps, Riaz tries to tonk it straight back over the bowler's head, doesn't get it off the meat of the bat, Ali at long-on settles under it and takes it comfortably in the end. Riaz c Moeen Ali b Topley 21(13) [4s-4]

Plunkett to Anwar Ali, out Caught by Eoin Morgan!! Another one goes down. Ali's little cameo comes to an end. He backs away a little and Plunkett follows him with a length ball. With mid-off up in the ring, he wanted to go over the fielder, but couldn't get it off the middle, ends up spooning a simple catch to extra cover, who hardly had to move to take it. As Ramiz Raja pointed out on air, "The end is nearing for Pakistan." Anwar Ali c Eoin Morgan b Plunkett 20(14) [6s-2]
12.1 -
Moeen Ali to Maqsood, wide, out Stumped!! Very clever from Ali and Maqsood joins the casualty list. He comes dancing down the track, Ali spots him early and darts it down the leg-side, Maqsood had no time to react but the keeper did extremely well to quickly collect it, that too on a half-volley, disturbs the stumps in a flash to catch Maqsood well short of his crease. The self-destruction mode seems to have been switched on. Maqsood st S Billings b Moeen Ali 24(16) [4s-1 6s-1]

Parry to Afridi, out Caught by Jason Roy!! A soft, soft dismissal for the Pakistani skipper. The Men in Green are falling apart in Dubai. Afridi goes for a second-ball duck. This was bowled slower through the air on the stumps, Afridi looks to loft it inside-out over cover, ends up meekly chipping it in the air, the fielder from extra cover moves to his right and accepts the simple offering. Afridi c Jason Roy b Parry 0(2)
11.2 -
Parry to U Akmal, out U Akmal Run Out!! Horrible mix-up and Akmal departs. Akmal was lining up for the pull shot, but was hurried for pace, can only nudge it towards short fine leg and sets off after putting his head down, he wasn't looking at his partner, who himself wasn't too sure about the run but took a few strides forward. As funny as it appeared, both batsmen then were running in the same direction - towards the non-striker's end. The umpires had to take the help of the third umpire to determine who dragged his bat first inside the crease. It was Maqsood and that's why Akmal has to go. Crazy bit of running, but if you're a neutral, you'll definitely see the funny side of it. U Akmal run out (Adil Rashid/S Billings) 19(14) [4s-1 6s-1]
7.4 -
Parry to Rizwan, out Bowled!! Timbahhhh! And the bowler is delighted. Sticks to the basics - slows it up in the air and drifts this one on middle, Rizwan dances down the track and goes for a yahoo stroke. Misses, gets beaten on the dip as the slowness of the delivery fools the batsman, just nips the bails off in the end. Rizwan b Parry 6(9) [4s-1]
5.1 -
Plunkett to Rafatullah Mohmand, out Caught by S Billings!! End of the debutant's brief knock. He never looked comfortable at the crease and finally he perishes while trying one shot too many. Plunkett digs it in short and fires it into the batsman. Rafatullah was in no position to pull, goes for the shot and nicks it (via the outside edge) through to the keeper. Rafatullah Mohmand c S Billings b Plunkett 16(20) [4s-1]
4.0 -
Plunkett to Hafeez, out Caught by Topley!! Hafeez gone too! Pakistan in trouble now. Plunkett bowls the lifter outside off, Hafeez pulls, gets good timing but he has picked out the deep square leg fielder to perfection. Hafeez c Topley b Plunkett 7(7) [4s-1]
1.3 -
Topley to Sarfraz, out Caught by Plunkett!! The gangly Reece Topley strikes in his first over! Bowls a fullish angling away delivery. Sarfraz comes forward and crouches low, swipes this airily towards deep square leg. Plunkett runs forward and pouches it safely with both hands. Sarfraz c Plunkett b Topley 1(2)

Moeen Ali to Tanvir, 2 runs, Morgan puts down an extremely difficult chance. A valiant effort though from the English skipper. Tanvir tries to play the reverse sweep, gets a top-edge that balloons to the right of point, Morgan runs across, extends his right hand out as he tries to take the catch with a full length drive, he could get his fingertips on it but couldn't hold on
3.4 -
Plunkett to Rafatullah Mohmand, 1 run, this time cuts wide of point and calls for a quick single. Ooh! That was tight, Rafatullah had to put in the dive at the bowler's end. The direct hit from the point fielder missed the stumps, had that hit - Rafatullah would've been out
