Short ball outside off stump, Shahid backs away and slashes, gets the toe-end of the bat and goes straight up in the air. Mid-off takes a comfortable catch. Pakistan get an early wicket after the lunch break. Mohammad Shahid c Misbah b Riaz 10(15) [4s-2]

114.4 - Yasir Shah to T Islam, out Bowled!! This is good bowling from Yasir Shah. Islam doesn't pick the googly. On seeing this ball pitch outside leg stump, he moves across and tries to sweep it fine, but misses and the ball spins back towards the sticks to disturb the leg stump. Third wicket for Yasir Shah. T Islam b Yasir Shah 1(11)

112.4 - Yasir Shah to Rahim, out Caught by Misbah!! That is a soft dismissal. Rahim can't believe that he's hit it straight to the fielder. Short ball from Yasir Shah, it grips and turns big, Rahim was going for the cut, but he checks his shot because of the sharp turn and offers a simple catch to his counterpart at cover. This is a massive wicket for the visitors. Rahim c Misbah b Yasir Shah 32(71) [4s-5]

111.2 - Hafeez to Soumya Sarkar, out Caught by Shafiq!! That is in the air and it's Shafiq, who takes an excellent catch again. End of a promising innings from Sarkar. Soumya Sarkar c Shafiq b Hafeez 33(55) [4s-5]

93.1 - Babar to Shakib, out Caught by Shafiq!! This is a great start to the day for Pakistan. It's a bit of a bizarre dismissal as well. Flighted delivery on the leg stump, Shakib advances and looks to play the lofted drive, gets an inside edge and the fielder at leg slip dives low to his left and takes it with both hands. Normally, when a batsman goes down the track, the fielder at leg slip would not come into play but Shafiq was very attentive. Shakib c Shafiq b Babar 25(61) [4s-3]

89.5 - Babar to Mominul, out Lbw!! What a time to get a wicket. Mominul can't believe that he's been dismissed. Flighted delivery from Babar, Mominul looks to defend, but the ball spins sharply and goes past the bat. Hits him in line with middle and off and that looked absolutely plumb. Umpire Nigel Llong had no hesitation in his mind and he put his finger up in a flash. End of a gritty knock from the little man. He falls short of a well deserved hundred. Mominul lbw b Babar 80(162) [4s-8]

74.0 - Riaz to Mahmudullah, out Caught by Sarfraz Ahmed!! Excellent catch by the keeper. Mahmudullah falls one short of a fifty. That is the end of a 95-run stand as well. Short of a length delivery just shaping away outside off stump, Mahmudullah is opened up by the movement, ends up poking at it and the ball takes a thick outside edge. Sarfraz dives to his right and takes a good one-handed catch. Mahmudullah c Sarfraz Ahmed b Riaz 49(123) [4s-6]

40.2 - Hafeez to Kayes, out Caught&Bowled!! Oh that's a soft dismissal. Against the run of play Bangladesh have lost a wicket. Flighted delivery on the leg stump, Kayes tries to work it on the on-side, closes the face of the bat a bit too early, gets a leading edge that pops up in the air, Hafeez moves to his right and takes an easy catch. End of a fine knock from the Bangladeshi opener. Kayes c and b Hafeez 51(130) [4s-6]

27.0 - Yasir Shah to Tamim, out Caught by Azhar Ali!! Finally, Pakistan have managed to break this opening stand. The umpire asks Tamim to wait as he wants to check the no-bal. Oh no! Has he overstepped? This is a very tight call. Is there anything just behind the line? That's a tough call, the line belongs the umpire. Probably there is something behind the line and he's given it OUT. Flighted delivery from Yasir Shah, Tamim looks to defend, gets an inside edge onto thigh pad, Azhar Ali dives forward at short leg and takes a good low catch. Yasir Shah strikes in his second over. Tamim c Azhar Ali b Yasir Shah 25(74) [4s-3]

There was no conclusive evidence to overturn the on-field call and Islam survives

74.1 - Yasir Shah to Mominul, no run, flighted delivery from Shah, Mominul misses the flick, the ball hits the pad and goes to Azhar Ali at short leg. There was no bat involved and it was bat hitting ground that caused the extra noise. Pakistan have lost both reviews now

165.3 - Shakib to Shafiq, out Caught&Bowled!! Finally Shakib gets a wicket. Flighted delivery around the off stump line, Shafiq steps out and looks to work it on the on-side, closes the face of the bat a bit too early and gets a leading edge which goes straight back to the bowler. 160.3 - T Islam to Riaz, out Bowled!! Excellent ball from Taijul. Classic left-arm offie's dismissal they say. Riaz b T Islam 0(3)

111.3 - Hom to Hafeez, out Caught by Mahmudullah!! Big breakthrough for Bangladesh and a superb catch by Mahmudullah at leg slip. Hafeez tried to sweep a ball turning down the leg, it took his glove as he went early into the shot and lobbed to the left of the slip fielder, who did extremely well to latch onto it in a flash. Hafeez departs after a fantastic double hundered and gets an applause from the Khulna crowd as he walks back. Hafeez c Mahmudullah b Hom 224(332) [4s-23 6s-3]

91.5 - T Islam to Younis Khan, out Bowled!! Gee! What a top nut from Taijul Islam. That's unplayable. That was a classic left-arm off-spinner's dismissal. Younis Khan b T Islam 33(68) [4s-4]

71.5 - Hom to Azhar Ali, out Bowled!! Bangladesh have finally broken this magnificent 227-run stand. The crowd is delighted. What a ball from Shuvagata Hom. Pushed through outside off stump, the ball grips and turns, Ali was caught in the crease. He tries to defend, but was in two minds whether to come on the front foot or stay on the back foot. The ball takes the inside edge, sneaks through and knocks over the middle stump. End of a fine innings from Ali. Azhar Ali b Hom 83(177) [4s-4 6s-1]

11.5 - T Islam to Sami Aslam, out Caught by Rahim!! Flighted delivery down the leg-side, Aslam tries to work it on the on-side, but the ball spins sharply, goes past the bat and probably brushes the left glove. It's a good take by Rahim as he was blinded by the batsman. There seems to be a deflection as the ball passes the glove and the third umpire was convinced and he overturned the on-field call. Interestingly, Sami Aslam shows no emotions, so maybe he gloved that. Bangladesh have finally broken the opening stand. Sami Aslam c Rahim b T Islam 20(36) [4s-2 6s-1]

34.1 - Mohammad Shahid to Azhar Ali, 1 run, dropped. Unlucky for the debutant. Second escape for Ali and it's Rahim again who drops him. Good length delivery swinging away outside off stump, Ali chases at it and gets a thick edge, Rahim dives to his right and tries to catch but the ball hits the finertips and goes to ground. Rahim is in a lot of pain and the physio is attending to him. Some spray is being applied on his fingers. The replay suggests that Rahim went with his right hand and then tried to clutch the ball with his left hand

146.1 - Mominul to Sarfraz Ahmed, 1 run, very full on the leg stump, Sarfraz drives it to long-on, that's a fifty off just 53 balls for Sarfraz. It is his 5th fifty in Tests as well
