Daniel Vettori will miss out on the second Test against West Indies. Vettori complained of discomfort on the third day of the first Test match and has been ruled out with a groin strain. 29 year old leg-spinner Tarun Nethula might get an opportunity in the next match. 
 
Ravi Rampaul has also been ruled out with a groin strain and is most likely to be replaced by Fidel Edwards.

It hurts, said Daniel Vettori and Ravi Rampaul post the end of first test between New Zealand and West Indies. West Indies will have Roach and Narine and a strong batting line up. However, though Vettori did nothing much with the ball in the first Test, he is one of NZ's best bowlers. The runs he provides lower down the order will also be missed.
