Top Pakistan cricketers may be a part of the auctions of the cash-rich Indian Premier League after a decision to resume Indo-Pak bilateral cricketing ties was taken.

 

After the working Committee cleared the three ODIs and two T20Is series against Pakistan, there has been a growing feeling among the BCCI members that Pakistan players should now be allowed to play in the IPL.

 

When the working committee meets next a proposal is likely to be put forward.

The IPL can only benefit from the talent pool that is Pakistan. Pakistan players should be allowed to play in the IPL. Though political ties between the two nations are strained, cricketing ties should not be. Sport is a medium which can bring the people of different nations together.
