So once again the ICC has proposed the mandatory use of the Decision Referral System, in international cricket. But the anti-DRS boars remain steadfast in their decision. By, boards I mean the BCCI and the other boards that earn revenue as a monthly salary from the BCCI. The BCCI is now the Board that Controls Cricket Internationally. Well sort of. They are the ones with deep pockets. So if they say no ‘hot-spot’, even the freakin’ UN army cannot declare a ‘hot-spot.’ And the hawk eye…even the Indian Government can’t keep a hawk eye on the BCCI; the ICC is just a child. There are something’s money can’t buy, but it certainly can buy you the most important position in the cricketing world that the central body refers its decision of allowing referrals to you.
