American woman Zohal Hamid has decided to withdraw molestation case against Australian cricketer, Luke Pomersbach, after both the parties reached an out-of-court settlement.
Hamid's lawyers will soon move the Delhi High Court seeking withdrawal of the case registered against Pomersbach who was arrested last Friday and later granted bail.
Pomersbach is playing for Royal Challengers Banglore in the on-going Indian Premier League.

Things seem to be settling down on the molestation case now. This latest development sheds a certain sense of 'Oh, maybe he didn't do it.' This IPL has seen a whole lot of controversies and all of a sudden no one seems to be talking about spot-fixing anymore. Interesting!
