Well, Well, Well! Sourav ‘Dada’ Ganguly has finally decided to hang up his T20 boots. He has decided to leave the captaincy. Apparently all the players were complaining that Dada was spending more time on bossing them around rather than practicing. So now he’s going to go from tor-mentor to just mentor. I bet even the mentor of mentors hasn’t a clue what a mentor actually is meant to do. Maybe now he’ll get time to straighten his hair out. I’m sure all the young guys like Murali Kartik, Ashish Nehra, Marlon Samuels and the older ones will benefit from Dada’s experience. Maybe the next time they win, they’ll take off their shirts and twirl them around. Whether it was meant to be or not, Dada is the next mentor to be.
