A late blitz by Albie Morkel (18 not out) and Srikkanth Anirudha (18no) saw the Super Kings home, the pair putting on 43 runs in just two overs as the visitors reached their victory target of 127 in 18.1 overs.

CSK seem to be relying quite heavily on Albie Morkel to pull them out of trouble. He might start demanding a raise. He threaten that 'if I get as much as Dhoni, only then 'Albie' back. Suresh Raina is adamant on throwing his wicket and squandering chances. CSK do not look like contenders this year and will be really lucky if they even make it to the play-offs. RR on the other hand had an odd off day with the bat. Neither Rahane nor Dravid got runs and the on-off start due to the rain may have played a part in that.
