Zimbabwe lost Taylor off the first ball and soon found themselves at 22-2 after 7 with COW of 50%. Taibu (98) and Ervine (85) then put together 181 runs before 3 quick wickets saw them stumble to 201 for 5 after 34 with COW of 62% and they ended with 298/9 with COW of 61%. Zimbabwe got off to an even worse start and were tottering at 7 for 3 after 6 with COW of 26%. cow-key
  1st Innings (Zimbabwe) - 50 Overs Maximum

arrow 10 overs: ZIM 44/2 ZIM 52% Taylor was out on first ball and
Coventry fell with score at just 7 but Taibu and Ervine batted sensibly with controlled aggression scoring 44 runs in this session as Zimbabwe’s COW went down 4% from 56% to 52%.
arrow 25 overs: ZIM 147/2 ZIM 63% Taibu and Ervine launched a counter
attack to regain control of the match. They both notched up fifties as Zimbabwe scored 103 runs in this period without losing a wicket. This increased their COW by 11% to 63%.
arrow 40 overs: ZIM 229/6 ZIM 58% Three wickets fell in quick session as
Balaji Rao dented Zimbabwe’s progress. As a result Zimbabwe could score just 82 runs for the loss of 4 wickets and this caused their COW to go down by 5% to 58%.
arrow 50 overs: ZIM 298/9 ZIM 61% Some late hitting by the lower order saw
Zimbabwe score 69 runs off the last 10 overs but they also lost 3 more wickets to end up with 298/9. This saw them raise their COW by 3% to 61%.

  2nd Innings (Canada: Target 299) - 50 Overs Maximum

arrow 10 overs: CAN 14/3 ZIM 79% Ray Price picked up Davison, Kumar and
Bagai in a destructive opening spell that saw Canada score just 14 runs in the first 10 overs. And with that their Chance of Winning collapsed from 13% to 21%, a fall of 18%
arrow 25 overs: CAN 72/6 ZIM 99% Canada lost 3 more batsmen including
Rizwan Cheema for next to nothing as they really looked out of depth at the top level. Only 58 runs came in these 15 overs as Canada’s COW plummeted to 1% from 21%.
arrow 40 overs: CAN 114/8 ZIM 99% Just 42 runs came off the 15 overs as
Canada just tried to surive the fifty overs, fight long gone out of them. Zimbabwe picked up two more wickets as a win remained a mere formality.
arrow 42.1 overs: CAN 123/10 ZIM 100% It took just 13 more balls for Zimbabwe
to knock out the remaining 2 batsmen and end Canada’s futile resistance to win the match by a whopping 175 runs.
