Bruce Dooland was a champion leg-spinner who served Nottinghamshire during the 1950s. He single-handedly changed the fortunes of the team.
According to his captain Reg Simpson, " ....the best leg-break bowler in the history of cricket, better than Shane Warne. He had far more variety. His top-spinner was an absolute devil."
