West Indies allrounder Marlon Samuels has been cleared to resume bowling at the international level.
Samuels was banned from bowling in December 2015 for 1 year after his action was found illegal.
Samuels underwent tests on January 29 at the ICC-accredited testing center in Loughborough. According to an ICC release, the tests revealed the elbow flex for his offspin deliveries was within the permitted 15-degree limit.
Samuels was reported in October 2015 during a Test series against Sri Lanka. It was the 3rd instance, with the previous two being in 2008 and 2013.
He last played for West Indies in November 2016. West Indies will play against England for an ODI series from March 3rd, 2017.
