South Africa batsman David Miller has been ruled out of the rest of the ODI series against Sri Lanka.
Miller sustained a cut to the little finger of his right hand during the second ODI and will require stitches which would require 7-10 days to recover.
This is a big blow for South Africa as Miller is in great form, scoring a century in the 2nd ODI.
No replacement has been named for Miller. Farhaan Behardien and Dwaine Pretorius are already present with the team.
South Africa currently lead the 5-match series 2-0 with 3 more games to go.
